Pushing down the left button of the counter, the required figures can be input into the counter by pressing the rest 5 buttons in sequence, now loosen the left button and the counter will indicate the selected figures. When the movement of machines transmits the torque through connected parts to the input axis of the counter, the inner gear mechanism of the counter will drive the number wheels to rotate at the specified transmission ratio, and a signal will be sent out from the counter as soon as the times of the rotation conform to the preset figures, and through the relay set on the machine the operation mechanism on the machine will be braked, so fulfilling the quantity control. After the whole action is finished, pushing the left reset button can make the number wheels restore to the previously selected figures, meanwhile the signal sent out by the counter will stop. The model J250 is widely applied in printing, textile, dyeing, cable-making, telecommunication, military industry, light industry and machinery industry etc. It can be used alone as well as be matched with measuring instruments and modern control equipments to realize the function of quantity control.
