不銹鋼 晶間腐蝕 晶間腐蝕測(cè)試

不銹鋼是石油、化工、核電等工業(yè)部門中廣泛使用的金屬材料，許多容器、管道、閥門、泵等都因各種腐蝕而報(bào)廢。其中，晶間腐蝕是奧氏體不銹鋼的主要腐蝕形式，晶間腐蝕指沿晶界進(jìn)行的腐蝕，使晶粒的連接遭到破壞。這是由于在晶界上析出富Cr的Cr23C6，使其周圍基體產(chǎn)生貧碳區(qū)，引起晶界區(qū)域電極電位顯著降低形成腐蝕電池造成的。奧氏體不銹鋼在450℃~850℃保溫或緩慢冷卻時(shí)，常會(huì)出現(xiàn)晶間腐蝕，含碳量越高，晶間腐蝕傾向性越大。此外，在焊接件的熱影響區(qū)也會(huì)出現(xiàn)晶間腐蝕。這種腐蝕的危害性極大，它常使合金變脆或喪失強(qiáng)度，易造成突然事故。因此，準(zhǔn)確測(cè)定不銹鋼材料的晶間腐蝕傾向性意義重大。深圳SGS材料實(shí)驗(yàn)室具有豐富的不銹鋼晶間腐蝕測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能為客戶提供全方位的技術(shù)咨詢及專業(yè)的測(cè)試服務(wù)。
