聚氨酯泡沫(PU) CE認證（歐盟強制認證）－簡介

在歐盟市場“CE”標志屬強制性認證標志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術協(xié)調(diào)與標準化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對產(chǎn)品提出的一種強制性要求。

在聚氨酯泡沫塑料上加貼CE標志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關標準（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標準EN 13165）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費者保護。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術壁壘，在歐洲市場自由銷售并打開其他國際市場。

注：歐盟建筑法規(guī)CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強制執(zhí)行

聚氨酯泡沫(PU)CE認證 –EN 13165認證– 涉及的產(chǎn)品范圍：

硬質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沫塑料，簡稱聚氨酯硬泡，具有導熱系數(shù)低、密度小、強度高、閉孔率高、尺寸穩(wěn)定性好、粘結(jié)力強等特點，廣泛作為保溫隔熱性能較好的一類建筑保溫材料應用于建筑領域。

This European Standard specifies the requirements for factory made rigid polyurethane foam (PU) products,with or without facings or coatings, which are used for the thermal insulation of buildings. PU includes both PIR and PUR products. The products are manufactured in the form of boards.Products covered by this standard are also used in prefabricated thermal insulation systems and composite panels; the performance of systems incorporating these products is not covered.This standard describes product characteristics and includes procedures for testing, evaluation of conformity,marking and labelling.
